Virginia Research Center

Research facility embedded within a multi-provider family practice clinic.

Virginia Research Center

We are under the direction of Principal Investigator, Aaron N. Hartman, MD.

Dr. Hartman has the facilities and staff experience to perform Phase II-IV Studies.
We are a research facility embedded within a family practice office.

Our research staff is certified through SoCRA & ACRP and has experience working with multiple CROs and Sponsors.

We strive to not only meet but also exceed enrollment goals while providing the highest quality data possible; our database consists of over 25,000 private practice patients! Our facility offers 4 exam rooms dedicated to research, central workspace for Monitors, locked and temperature controlled Investigational Product Cabinets, secure storage space for research files, as well as a CLIA Certified Laboratory on-site. Our site prefers to work with the Sponsor's Central IRB, as we are not mandated by a local IRB and can ensure timely submission of all regulatory documents/contracts.

Our site offers services to the Greater Richmond Area, and our goal is to provide access to a variety of treatment options to our patients.

The Virginia Research Center supports the advancement of medical treatment options while ensuring the rights of participants are protected during the trial process. Our Standard Operating Procedures are aligned with CFR, ICH and GCP guidelines.

We welcome the opportunity to partner with you on upcoming studies!
